Real estate consulting and valuation

We support institutional investors and private individuals in their decision to buy or sell a property, in the light of precise information on the real estate market and its legal, financial and technical characteristics.

We provide property valuations for all types of assets throughout France to optimize investments.

Presentation

The Turon Group is an independent player in real estate consulting and development areas. Founded in 1985 by Jean Sanchez Turon, current Chairman, it is now co-managed by Julien and Isabelle Sanchez Turon.
The Group has completed more than 50 construction projects and has over 250,000 m2 built to its credit: offices, coworking spaces, hotels, housing and retail. In 2015, the group diversified by launching its first "operated real estate" operations in the hotel and coworking sectors. This marked the start of a new era for the group, which is developing strong expertise in the design, structuring and conversion of sites to operate with third parties.
